From an empty search box to a working pipeline
TapScout does one thing well: it finds local businesses with few Google reviews and helps you turn them into visits.
- 01
Enter a market
Type any U.S. city and pick its state. There are no pre-built city pages — every search is generated live from what you type.
- 02
Pick a category and radius
Choose one business category and a search radius. TapScout handles the rest: only operating businesses, with the fewest-reviewed businesses first.
- 03
Review the results
TapScout returns up to 10 businesses, five per page, sorted by lowest review count first. You see name, category, rating, review count, address, phone, website and a Google Maps link.
- 04
Save the good ones
Save any result as a lead. Saved leads keep their contact details and can hold notes, a status and a follow-up date.
- 05
Work the follow-ups
Move each lead through New, Planning to Visit, Visited, Contacted, Interested, Sold and Not Interested. The Follow-Ups screen groups everything by overdue, today and upcoming.
How credits are used
- One completed Google request uses exactly one search credit.
- Each search returns up to 10 businesses, shown five per page.
- Paging between results you already loaded is always free.
- If Google returns fewer than 10 results, you only see what exists and no extra credit is used.
- After the last page, a “Find Up to 10 More Businesses — Uses 1 Search Credit” button appears. TapScout never requests another page until you press it.
- Viewing, sorting, filtering and opening saved leads never uses a credit.
- Monthly plan searches reset on your renewal date and do not roll over. Purchased search packs never expire, and monthly searches are always used first.
